Radial Mosaic Tag

This tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 8 or later.

You should be able to get similar results with PSP 7 if you use Simple Filters Quick Tile plugin instead of the Seamless Tiling effect which is built into later versions or PSP.

Create a new image 350 x 250 pixels, raster, white background.  If you have a tall tube, then switch the dimensions around.

Layers menu, New Raster Layer

Click on the Tube tool and place the tube you want to use in the centre of the canvas (adjust its scale so that it almost fills the canvas)

Layers menu, Duplicate

On the Layers Pallet, click on the middle layer (Raster 1) - you should have Background, Raster 1 and Raster 2.
